Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Submit a request including your Order Number and the reason for the return.
3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated handling fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
